Certificate requirements
There is no risk of yellow fever.
A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travellers arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission and having transited through an airport of a country with risk of yellow fever transmission.
Some travellers required proof of polio vaccination.
Vaccines recommendations
Malaria
There is a high risk of malaria in the Chittagong Hill Tract districts - it is recommended to take antimalarials.
There is a very low risk in the rest of Bangladesh - it is recommended to be aware of the risk and avoid bites.
Travellers at higher risk or in special risk risk groups should seek specialist advice.
