There is no risk of yellow fever.
A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travellers arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Malaria
There is a high risk of malaria, from November to June, in the northern half of Botswana, including the Okavango Delta area - it is recommended to take antimalarials.
There is a low risk of malaria in in the northern half of Botswana, including the Okavango Delta area during the rest of the year - it is recommended to be aware of the risk and avoid bites.
There is a very low risk in the southern half of the country - it is recommended to be aware of the risk and avoid bites.
Travellers at higher risk or in special risk risk groups should seek specialist advice.
